MedSym Solutions announces that Luis Pineda, MD, PC, in Birmingham, Alabama has selected the MedSym Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for its hematology / oncology practice.
Dr. Pineda’s cancer center was founded in 1995. Dr. Pineda has over 30 years practicing hematology/oncology in the Birmingham, Alabama area. The practice desired a fully integrated system that would increase efficiency and accuracy to its record keeping, but also can improve the financial management of the practice.
MedSym’s fully integrated, ONC-ATCB certified, EHR and PM software package, addressed the specific needs of Dr. Pineda’s busy oncology practice. His practice will also use the software in an ASP environment to streamline IT costs and to lower the total cost of ownership.
