The new MedSym clients include:

- The Ghosh Center for Oncology and Hematology — founded by Chirantan Ghosh, MD in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Dr. Ghosh has practiced oncology since 1990 in Cedar Rapids
- Westchester Cancer Care — founded by Morton M. Hantman, MD to provide cancer services for the New Rochelle, New York area

The MedSym EHR v2.1 has been tested and certified by InfoGard Laboratories, an Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ONC-ATCB) that provides Meaningful Use Certifications for electronic health record (EHR) applications. By obtaining this certification, MedSym’s users can attest for incentives available for Medicare and Medicaid participants.
The MedSym EHR v2.1 is a Complete Ambulatory EHR and is 2011/2012 compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ATCB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services nor guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
